It means if you have changed your mind and want to move out from the current tariff which you cannot afford at the moment, you can return the phone within two weeks of the purchase and you can walk away from the contract.

One of the other ways by which you can escape the mobile tariff plan is when the tariff arises, and mobile provider did it without warning you about the rise of tariff. If this happens you can move out of the tariff within the 30 days of the warning from the phone companies and that too without paying any extra fees.

Now, the question is to pay your mobile tariff you need a bank balance and what if you lose the job and cannot afford to pay your bills off? For this, when you lose your job and cannot afford to pay the tariff for your mobile plans, you can go back to the store from where you have brought the plan and ask for reducing the tariff of your plan. But most of the times, they do not agree with the mutual changing of the plan. So, what to do in this case?

When you talk to the salesperson who provided you the mobile plan, they can offer a series of operations in which you can pay your remaining cost before moving to another lower plan. When you talk to them about your financial condition, they can provide an extra time to pay for your plan.
