Under the Pension Act 2008, each and every employer must be involved in the workplace pension scheme and they should also contribute towards it, which is known as Automatic Enrolment. You hold certain legal duties when you are an employer that is when you employ at least one person.

According to Health Secretary Matt Hancock, the government should introduce Automatic Enrolment as a social care model.

Hancock when asked by the lawmakers on the economic affairs committee how can government introduce effective policy, he explained that he was attracted by consensus belief of everybody on pension savings by the cross-party on auto-enrolment by Turner Commission.

He says, all committees, people have the similar problems regarding social care, the only difference is that everybody is not able to understand the works and necessities of finance, so government finds making rules and regulations easier. So that there are fewer options left with people and they can easily opt out. Pension is an apt example to show how it actually is.

The paper that was published by the Centre for Policy Studies that was written by MP Damian Green; he tells that the people should not be given with social care in free. According to him, they should also contribute to social care as they do for State Pension.

How is education responsible?

Education has been a vital issue amongst the people of the society. They are not given proper education and then they end up making the wrong assumptions. Berxist says that almost 59 percent of the people still believe that their social care will be given by the government.

Lack of education results in the least Information regarding the cost of social care. Where there is less education, people have less knowledge and they are unable to make productive decisions. The unremarkable decisions also worsen up things to more extreme. Obviously, education is needed as this matter of automatic enrolment pension pattern requires more education and knowledge in people so that they realize.

Is social care mandatory?

Social care is obviously needed by each and every person who is a part of the society, each one of us goes through things that are unacceptable for our body, mind, and heart. There every individual needs to be availed with social care.

So, it is really important to provide them with information about the cost of pension savings, etc. This social care setting is highly beneficial but the initial setup is a short term.

Gathering consensus is a very difficult task and it takes a very long time, here in this parliament there are a lot of people with a variety of thoughts and mindsets and ending up convincing people with a mutual thought is the toughest. The discussions then lead to fights and discords among each and every one sitting in the parliaments all of them wish to put their point forward.
