It has been considered that the customers of the broadband provider TalkTalk has the least number of customers who are satisfied with the provider. The customers seem to be satisfied only about 75% with the service they are providing to them. Also, the customers seem to be really upset with the way by which the service provider handles their complaints.
A spokesperson from TalkTalk says that some of the results in the quality of the service report have been disheartening, we have been seeing some more new customers. We are enhancing the services that will help us increase the level of satisfaction in customers. Also, we will make sure that the number of complaints that are coming up is lowered in the future.
As per the regulators who say that it is very much possible that the satisfaction of the industry with respect to the complaints that they get could be handled in a better and more effective manner. Also, it is considered that only half of those customers who complain are satisfied with the way they have been handling their complaints. Overall, it is considered that about 83% of the broadband customers have been satisfied with the service they have been providing while about 13% of the people were not satisfied with the way their complaints were being handled.
The customers of Sky are said to be are less likely than an average when it comes to complaining about an issue. However, they are more likely to be content about the way their complaints are being handled.
What about the complaints regarded to mobiles?
The customers of Vodafone are less likely to be satisfied with the value for money provided by the provider. Whereas, the customers of Virgin Mobile have below the average satisfaction with respect to how they are handling the complaints they receive from their customers out there.
When it comes to tackling the problems that their customers are facing it is less likely that these companies will take action right away. When it comes to mobile customers, overall 93% of the customers seem to be quite satisfied with the service they have been receiving.
The mobile customers of Tesco Mobile and Giffgaff are the ones who will refer this service to another person. These companies have customers who have above-average customer satisfaction which tends to give value for their money.
Complaints of Ofcom:
Well, it was seen that the number of complaints of Ofcom about the broadband firms lowered down to about 23% in the last year. The complaints of Ofcom of mobile companies fell by 15% in the last year.
The consumer group director said that shabby service could be really frustrating and can also have a great impact on people and small businesses who depend on being connected. When you are looking around for a mobile or even broadband service one of the most important factors that need to be considered is the quality that the provider offers to the customers.
