London-based HandyExperts rebrands due to continued growth

HandyExperts, a highly experienced team of tradespeople, has announced that it has completed a major rebranding. HandyExperts is now a clearer brand to ensure that homeowners and landlords in the London and home counties area know how all their property issues can be quickly and expertly dealt with.

Formerly PGS Services, now HandyExperts, have been working behind the scenes for months in preparation for the overhaul of their brand and website. Customers in and around London will receive the same trusted tradespeople and guaranteed service as well as an improved online experience, but the rebrand will also spearhead expansion into other parts of the UK.

With a 5-star Trustpilot rating, the team’s strapline is “hassle-free trade services”. People can easily find and book a trades service at handyexperts.co.uk but they can also telephone for free advice. From plumbing and drainage to kitchens and bathrooms, HandyExperts want to be the No.1 domestic trades solution in the UK. Clients will enjoy a same-day quote should they want work done and then payment is only due after the work has been completed to their satisfaction.

In conjunction with the rebrand, HandyExperts has made the internal promotion of Rebecca Hughes to Operations Manager. Mrs Hughes joined PGS Services in November 2010 and has witnessed first-hand the growth of the company, from being in a small office in Brighton to being a remote workforce of 20+ people who schedule and manage jobs carried out by the 150+ tradespeople working with HandyExperts.

Mrs Hughes said: “I am honoured to have been offered this new position at such an exciting period for HandyExperts. I’m excited for my future with the business and to continue providing fast and reliable property maintenance services for busy homeowners. We have always done things differently, and from my ten years working for PGS Services and HandyExperts, as a team we pride ourselves on leading the way in raising standards.”
