The company group serves around 17000 residents and patients and employs around 20,000 staff in their operations. The Company has never failed to provide health care facilities and has made on time payment of their employees, but there is something gone wrong in the administration. The Company has gone into administration since 2011, but yet it couldn’t manage its problem efficiently and couldn’t find an effective problem.
Why did the Four Seasons Health Care Company go into administration?
The Company is supported by the Government of Britain and the government was informed about the debts earlier but no corrective action was taken to solve the problem. The administration was setup for a proper management and to maintain a close look on the problems and the causes of the problems in non-reachable areas. The company has struggled with few raises in the costs in the lower authority level and was warned before-hand about its long term stability, but still nothing changed. Even though the company is operating on debts, yet there is no complaint on the health care facilities and other services rendered. The administration never failed itself in the services it provides and in running of their health care homes.

Most of the owners of these health care companies claim that the debts are increasing due to low fees paid by councils. The majority of the Four Seasons Health Care Company expenses are funded by the government and about one-fifth is funded privately and yet, the company is into debts. It is important for the government to consider this issue as health care centers are essential to be properly funded for the longevity in the society. Proper facilities and better facilities can be provided by the administrators to the health care homes if there is no issue of the debts and deficit. As it is a not-for-profit organization, the government can set up the standards for proper controlling.
