The survey found about 100,000 subscribers with one complaint each.
The survey also showed that about two-fifth of the people say that they have received a proper service after the complaint but the rest has stated that even proper communication and service has not been provided, even after the complaint. The companies and service providers have been on their toes to help out their customers, trying to provide the best service, but yet somehow they failed.

The survey has also given the list of the best broadband and mobile providers in UK, which are BT -owned EE, BT -owned plusnet, Virgin Media, Sky, BT, and many others and O2 -owned Giffgaff, Vodafone and BT -owned EE, Three and O2 and many other companies respectively. These companies have no doubt been successful in the overall customer satisfaction they provide in their provision of broadband and mobile facilities. These companies have received complaints from their customers, but they have handled all of the issues very well, and have responded to their customers very well after the complaints. The customer’s feasibility and satisfaction is something differs these companies with that of the worst providers stated.
