Emma Lawrenson started Chamchef back in 2011.
Ever since then she has been creating unique and diverse menus, teaching cooking classes and keeping residents of private chalets around Chamonix happy with delicious meals.
As a chef, she is as comfortable creating classic French cuisine, as she is creating authentic Chinese food.
