  1. I can still remember someone telling me that I was ugly, and stupid - that was almost 50 years ago - and I still believe it.

  2. "Amazing" & "Perfect" etc...is a pretty nasty word. Everyone uses it without realising the burden of the consequences it will impact on people's mind. This is how the disorder is structured by the concept wanting to believe the standard of certain image whilst living in disbelief of ones surroundings of society.

  3. Everybody is beautiful in their own way no matter what others say...liane hold you head up high you're beautiful without makeup. You are a butterfly.

  4. It's not that easy to beat your anxiety it's not at all easy to think you are worth something when anxiety hits and the actual problem is you can't even share your problem because you feel too insecure that people might make fun of your problem leading to more anxiety because sometimes it really happens.. people fail to understand and they start to make fun they start to advise you ... But no one wants to listen no one wants to understand....

  5. Some people are simply unknowledgeable and too weak to fight their demons; alone or with help, regardless. If you think you're gonna have ugly babies, maybe you're right. If that's the case, build yourself up in ways only you know exactly how, make yourself worth something, and make yourself irreplaceable to someone with counteractive body qualities in an effort to ensure you have pretty babies. There's a solution to almost EVERY problem. If an adult has a mental disorder, they might need help to work out of it though. The simple fact that we have people like this in society proves the young aren't being properly educated about the phisiology of the brain, the base psychology of the human mind, a person's place in society, and so much more.

Low self esteem and BDD is an awful thing to deal with, you have good days and bad days like you do with most things, but having people around you for support is really what helps you get through, it's something that really helps me through difficult times.
Just remember there's always someone there to talk to, you don't have to deal with these things on your own ❤
