  1. Can u tell me how beef mince covered in sauce topped with cheese with potato slice is supposed to cook in 15 mins???!!!

U 'Millennials' will die from food poisoning, stick to Deliveroo...

  2. With all due respect but those meat balls won’t cook on 15 mins

  3. Can you make this gluten free?

  4. A recipe for those that can’t cook for toffee? Add béchamel sauce? And someone in here says “make your own” WOW! Probably would have been helpful to give that receipt for people that can’t cook for toffee!
But the “ I’ve hit the onion 10 times” is the comment of the day!👏👏👏

  5. I dunno, ive smacked dat onion 10 times already and nothin happens!

  6. Made it couple of days ago. It is a keeper.

  7. Raw? I imagine it's all goopy and greasy on the bottom. Personally I'd bake the balls for a lil then put it all together and bake again..
    Could be wrong??

  8. Who the hell makes meatballs with a wooden spoon!?

  9. Bechamal sauce. (white sauce)

Bechamel is an integral part of most baked-pasta dishes. It is also used for binding together ingredients as in meatballs and stuffings.

    INGREDIENTS
    6 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    4 cups warmed milk
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

    DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, slowly stir in the flour until smooth. Continue stirring as the flour cooks to a light, golden color, about 3 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium-high and slowly whisk the warmed milk into the roux. Bring to a simmer while stirring, then reduce the heat to medium low. Continue to simmer and stir until sauce has thickened and coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and nutmeg. Set aside and cover the surface of the sauce with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.

  10. 3 large potatoes, sliced
    750g beef mince
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 white onion, diced
    250ml bechamel white sauce
    100g grated mozzarella
    Parsley, chopped
    Salt and Pepper

    1. In a bowl, mix the mince with onion, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
    2. Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Place the slices of potatoes in a pie dish.
    3. Form meatballs from the mince and place one on each potato slice.
    4. Add more slices of potato between the meatballs, and pour the bechamel white sauce over the meatballs.
    5. Sprinkle with grated mozarella and bake for 15 minutes at 200c.
    6. Enjoy

  15. ChefClub UK: Looks good. Is there an actual link to a recipe, or are we to guesstimate the ingredients?
