  1. took my son on a trial drive around an empty industrial car park on a Bank Holiday, when he got confident we decided to try the road but a lorry turned in as he was about to exit..my son jumped out and left me to face the lorry! The driver sat laughing while I changed seats and backed up! πŸ˜•

  2. Hilarious....its been awhile since I was THAT parent, but oh how I remember..my kids scared me to no end..I'm sure we are all that parent..so, after surviving teaching child 1 to drive, I paid for driving lessons for child 2 and 3..haha..

  3. Brain dead children should first start driving in an empty parking lot or on a closed course where no one can get hurt until they can prove they can take off and stop on command and aren't an absolute hazard to themselves & others on the road

  4. The mother would have stressed me out horribly and I would have crashed the damn car, I would have stuck with the dad! Thanks Mom but you can stay home!

  5. Gees that kid had no idea you should take your kids on quite back roads & streets to give then an idea first. Then up grade them to public areas , teaching them that a car is a dangerous weapon if not in control.

  6. Kieran is never getting his license I am convinced. Learning to drive a stick is hard. I think you learn a stick better by yourself. Go out in the forest or a big parking lot and practice all by yourself. That’s how I learned.

  7. The moms a fuck and that kid shouldn’t even be practicing on the road.He couldn’t even fully work the clutch and you cut him loose on a semi-busy road ? Dad was a good sport !

  8. Omg i can so relate to these poor parents!! I have 2 new drivers in my house and I REFUSE to go through this...lol I have designated this as my husbands job! They can drive me around later once they are skilled and know what they’re doing!! My heart can’t take it, I would literally DIE!

  9. Happy Carol Anne Alexander I remember u taking me out for the first time in the garages...think I was going 1.5 mile and hour and u we’re telling me to slow down and looked like u we’re about to die! Haha! πŸ˜‚ xx

  10. Now my second child will be getting her driver's license and I'm not looking forward to going through this all over again! I might be a pro when the third one comes along now! At least I have 5 more years until then.

  11. Why would you let someone drive a car without a professional instructor when they don't even know the basic? Even you are a good experienced driver doesn't mean you are a good teacher, that just gonna cause more accident on the road.

  12. Car driving is no joke millions of people die from crashes so please drive safely a message from the government of Canada

  13. My mom was so mellow. She showed me like 3 times how to clutch then let me figure out a few times around the block and then she got in and we went on a little trip . Learned down shifting and driving in the snow never once did she rase her voice

  14. These are the two worst teachers EVER ! And that mom should NEVER try to teach ever again. Haven't these people heard of first learning by driving around an empty high school parking lot ? You first learn how to shift, accelerate, stop, etc before hitting the road.

  15. He he heh,...oh my , I did not learned how to drive from my husband, we just ended up fighting or arguing,....thanks to my friend who has patience and better have explanations.

  16. Eric Mammucari thank god Chris Ryan taught me how to drive stick before you were around bc I think our video would be so much worse than this. This cracked me up!

  17. Hahaha never mind though as a learner myself I'll relate returned to parallel parking the other week having attempted other necissary skills the week before obviously stuffed it however after sticking on the handbreak and letting vehicles pass one uncertain driver pulls up winds up the van driver behind them prompting both myself and me instructor to point out we had no intention to go anywhere so as to try again, anyhow after passing the van follows with the driver giving off a rather angry stare thankfully it's a hot day so most inc me had windows down so simply go well that's that botched give that another try ay... one of the best all round good reactions that could be hoped for, lots of laughs.

  18. Lori Anne Brown I’ve just realised that mum must think we are still learning to drive, which is why she’s always giving us such helpful tips πŸ˜‚ Jo-anne Brown

  19. My dad taught me how to drive when I was 12, so by the time I got into driver's ed, I was already a pro. My first drive on the freeway in class, I asked the teacher if I could drive over the Narrows Bridge, which is a big suspension bridge over the Puget Sound in WA. I was the only student allowed to ever do that. Lol.

  20. I am so happy to live in a country where parents are not allowed to teach their kids how to drive. Instead they rely on a professional instructor who is trained in handling situations like these where people could actually get seriously injured. Not funny at all. That kid shouldn't be on the road, not even with his parents and definitely not on his own. You can tell he doesn't even take it seriously, it's not just the nerves. Can you imagine being the relative of someone who was hit by this dickhead and having to face that fuckwit laughing away?

  29. Never let your husband teach you either! I ended up kicking him out of the car lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I probably drive better than him now too! (We're divorced now btw haha)

  30. I taught my nephew and niece by having them go forward and backward (first gear and reverse) in a small space until they consistently and confidentiy engaged the clutch. It was easier for them once they drove.

  31. It just goes to show that learning to drive with your parents doesn't work, they have no control of the vehicle if anything goes wrong. It should be outlawed and only trained driving instructors with duel control to do it.

  43. God damn. Find a parking lot and let the kid learn how to get it moving before sending him down the road. If you're learning a manual you aren't allowed to push the gas. Clutch and brake ONLY. Once you learn how to get it moving then you can start using the gas.
